When will I receive the tracking number?
The in-house processing for inventory and packaging typically takes 2-5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, the tracking number will be generated and sent to you. Please allow additional processing time during holiday periods and sales events.
If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 5 business days after completing your payment, please reach out to us.
Delays in order processing may occur if payment information is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the shipping address provided is incorrect.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at: Area B, Hengjing Village, Zeguo Town, Wenling City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.
We proudly offer worldwide shipping through carriers such as USPS, YDH, Yun Express, and others.
Please note your order will undergo processing, packing, and shipping to the address you provided. The estimated processing and delivery times by region are as follows:
