Payment Policy

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order details and receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Policy

We accept returns strictly under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Cases:

  • You received an incorrect item due to a shipping or fulfillment error.

  • Your item was damaged during transit as a result of improper handling.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

  • You must contact our support team at [email protected] before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

All returned items will undergo inspection upon arrival. If your return meets the conditions listed above, we will approve the return and proceed with the refund process.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 3 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe:

Refunds will not be issued for:

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To cancel your order, please email [email protected] and include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

Cancellation Terms:

  • A 1.5% deduction will apply to cover transaction, payment gateway, and administrative processing fees.

  • If you place a replacement order, the original order will be canceled and refunded in full without any deduction.

  • After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
