Return Policy
We accept returns strictly under the following conditions:
Eligible Return Cases:
You received an incorrect item due to a shipping or fulfillment error.
Your item was damaged during transit as a result of improper handling.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Cancellation Terms:
A 1.5% deduction will apply to cover transaction, payment gateway, and administrative processing fees.
If you place a replacement order, the original order will be canceled and refunded in full without any deduction.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
